   • Any terms regarding possession, unit allocation, refunds, and maintenance are governed exclusively by the Developer's official "Agreement to Sell" and the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).

   • Optwize shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any financial losses arising from the use of the information provided on this website.
